"The water doesn't know how old you are..."

She's 41 and she just qualified for the Olympics...for the fifth time. Dara Torres, you rock!

Dara set her first swimming record at age 15, then set out to break her records - and others - for the next 26 years.

At twice the age of most of her teammates, she qualified for the Beijing Olympics this weekend by beating Natalie Couglin who is 16 years her junior.

On the Today show this morning, when asked how she's still kicking it with the kids in the pool, Dara told Matt Lauer: "I just have a great support staff. I'm surrounded by wonderful people who know what they're doing, and I really work on my recovery, and I believe and I think that's the biggest thing, mentally, is to believe that you can do it. I mean, the water doesn't know how old you are when you jump in so, you know, why not?"
