First, take solace in the fact that I, for one, am very envious of you (having just moved a boomerang kid back to the roost, with another one on the way home next week). And if that doesn't help, check out these useful resources:
”10 Great Dates for Empty Nesters” by David H. and Claudia S. Arp (Zondervan, $12.99).
”Empty Nesting: Reinventing Your Marriage When the Kids Leave Home” by David H. and Claudia S. Arp, Scott M. Stanley, and Howard J. Markman (Jossey-Bass, $23.50).
”The Empty Nest: 31 Parents Tell the Truth about Relationships, Love and Freedom After The Kids Fly the Coop” by Karen Stabiner (Voice, $13.95).
”Barbara & Susan’s Guide to the Empty Nest: Discovering New Purpose, Passion & Your Next Great Adventure” by Barbara Rainey and Susan Yates (Family Life Publishing, $19.99).
”When Your Kids Goes to College: A Parents’ Survival Guide” by Carol Barkin (Harper Paperbacks, $13.95”

It's wise to plan ahead for all transitions. Keep busy! That's my best advice.
