Billie Lerner, LSCSW, is a diplomat certified sex therapist with the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists. She was trained in sex therapy at the Menninger Clinic in Topeka, Kan.. Her master's degree in social work is from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She is a licensed specialist clinical social worker in the sate of Kansas. Billie has been an adjunct instructor at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Mo., and Avila University in Kansas City, Mo. She has served as a supervisor for social work interns and sex therapy interns. For the past 18 years she has been a clinical social worker at The Family Conservancy in Overland Park, Kan.
